Assessment Booking, Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy
The Accounting & Tax Assessment fee of €125 (plus applicable VAT) must be paid in full before the appointment is confirmed.
Customers may request to reschedule their assessment, subject to availability.
If a customer cancels a confirmed assessment, the fee is non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law, including any statutory consumer withdrawal rights.
When the customer subsequently contracts an eligible SEMPR.pt onboarding service, 100% of the assessment fee will be credited against the onboarding fee.
This credit may be used once, is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied to recurring accounting subscription fees.
If SEMPR.pt cancels the appointment, the customer will be offered a new date or a full refund.
Mandatory consumer rights
For qualifying consumer distance service contracts, a 14-day withdrawal period generally runs from contract conclusion. Before starting work during that period, SEMPR.pt must provide the required information and obtain the legally required express request or consent and acknowledgement on a durable medium. Where the statutory conditions are met, withdrawal may permit a proportional charge for work already performed. Full performance ends withdrawal rights only where the required legal conditions have been met. Payment alone does not waive these rights. Mandatory remedies remain unaffected.
Scope, credit and offline arrangements
The assessment is a standalone service and does not require an onboarding or subscription purchase. The credit applies to the same customer’s subsequent qualifying onboarding; no expiry period or recurring-plan purchase condition has been approved. Eligibility and invoice treatment are confirmed by SEMPR.pt. Your written proposal identifies the accepted scope, fees, VAT, responsibilities and exclusions. Payment and appointments are arranged directly with SEMPR.pt, offline. Customer cancellation after payment is normally non-refundable subject to mandatory law; the approved confirmed-assessment policy above applies once an appointment is confirmed. This commercial rule never overrides statutory rights.
